Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 20 August 2026

In short: try it free first — a portion of the question bank costs nothing and needs no card. If you do subscribe and it isn't right for you, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. You can cancel at any time, and canceling always stops future billing.

1. Try before you buy

Part 1 Units 1–2, Part 2 Units 1–2 and Part 3 Unit 1 are free indefinitely, including full explanations and scoring. No card is required. We'd rather you satisfy yourself the material suits you before paying anything.

2. Canceling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing us. Canceling:

You don't have to give a reason, and there's no cancellation fee.

3. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with Premium, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund that payment in full. This applies to your first paid subscription on an account, on either the monthly or the annual plan.

The guarantee is available once per person. We may decline a claim on an account that has already been refunded under it, or where the same person has claimed it on another account. We do not decline claims because of how much you studied — using the service is how you find out whether it suits you, and that is what the guarantee is for.

Where we refund a payment, Premium access ends at that point and the account returns to the free tier. Your attempt history and notes are kept.

4. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Renewal payments are not automatically refundable, because you can cancel at any time before a renewal to prevent it.

That said, if an annual renewal catches you out — you'd forgotten it was due and haven't used the service since it renewed — contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we'll refund it. We'd rather do that than keep money from someone who doesn't want the service.

5. Your statutory cancellation rights

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. A trader can ask you to give that right up in exchange for immediate access to digital content. We do not ask you to do that. We have chosen not to, so your statutory right stands in full alongside the guarantee in section 3, and using the service does not cost you it.

We do not currently sell to consumers in the European Union; checkout is closed to EU customers.

Nothing in this policy removes or limits a right you have by law.

8. How refunds are paid

We are the seller, and refunds are issued by us. Card payments are handled on our behalf by Stripe, our payment processor, so an approved refund is returned through Stripe to the original payment method — we cannot send it anywhere else. Any tax charged on the original payment is refunded with it. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days after we approve the refund.

Where a refund is issued, any free months granted alongside that purchase (for example referral credit) may be removed at the same time.
